A lot depends on what the USA does and does not do to be honest what we regard as the current

Global order is only possible if the USA uses it's power to maintain that order

If the USA abandons that then it would lead to other powerful nations making their own foreign policy and pursuing

Their own geopolitical interests

The USA will still be the strongest nation it's influence would just be diminished
