Are you thinking of the swimmers body because in an Hunter gatherer environment

You don't want to much muscle you want to be lean so you don't have too much oxygen going to the muscles

Which can put too much pressure on the heart the actor in the reacher TV series has that issue

If you look a the few remaining Hunter gather a societies they are incredibly lean with swimmers bodies
