China has been divided longer than its been united it was only under the Zhoa, Qin, Han, Jin, Tang, Song and Ming dynastys

China is very brittle it's why the Chinese are so politically sensitive

I don't know if democracy would survive because of societies becoming giratric democracies

With states economies and political policies becoming geared towards geriatrics

In the UK they have anti natalistic tax policies which target families but support the elderly

And that may only change through a dictatorship the because of politicians must serve their voter base

Not the nation or the good of society
