For a lot of companies they don't see their staff as an asset they see her then as just a expense
For instance to create good customer service it takes nearly a year to train somebody to do it and to do it right
But companies they are determined to get rid of drivers and to have stores without customer service
They just don't care about their employees it's like something from Soviet Russia we pretend to give a damn and they pretend
They pay us fairly
