For India they only care about India due to the complex political environment within India and they got no love

For the past eight decades Europe has been concerned about economic policy not geopolitical security

If that changes it would not be a benefit to the USA the last thing they want is the British rebuilding its fleet

Which would take 20 years if not more or the great land power of Germany being a big player militarily
