For me who is from that generation you get told for most of your education that you are special and can do anything

You start to believe it when I went to University they told us you are the elite of the elite

Which in hindsight is a load of nonsense but if you get told the same message for over half a decade

It's what you believe and when you are 18 starting University and never done anything out side of school that's the result

I would say as well for Gen Z the dream job is one behind a desk where they never get to speak to anybody

It's a dream come true so from their point of view they would have to meet anybody for anything

I know this from my own experience I had to develop people skills inorder to function in the work place

I would say I have gotten good at it but I feel like I am Patrick Bateman just putting on a masks

Which is true for a lot of Gen Z
