I've spoken to many graduates who cannot get a job because they are to well educated

And because they are lots of people that are highly educated the value of their jobs which they would get the wages

Have massively decreased also with AI it is taking away a lot of entry level clerical work from interns and people at entry level

For instance people training to work if financial services or at a law firm are being replaced with sophisticated AI systems
