Today’s article is not just a discussion about the Hezbollah attacks on Israeli territory and military bases in Northern Israel, which took place on October 14, which is an event which involved the deaths of 4 Israeli soldiers and 58 injured.

This growing conflict in the Middle East has been ongoing since October 7, 2023, a conflict that has been rapidly expanding throughout the Middle East, with most of the conflict and its impact spreading from Gaza into Lebanon and Syria.

According to the United Nations refugee agency, over 185,000 Lebanese and Syrians have fled from Libya into Syria. According to Al Jazeera, 100,000 of them were initially civilians fleeing from the conflict and civil war in Syria during the previous decade.

This refugee crisis that is rapidly expanding in the Middle East will eventually place tremendous pressure on the borders of Europe and Turkey and further destabilise the Middle East.

Turkey hosts 3.6 million Syrian refugees who have fled the ongoing war that has been ravaging their country for 13 years. Most of them face challenging and often precarious circumstances.

With the people fleeing from the conflict, a small minority of those will inevitably fall under the influence of domestic terrorism throughout the region who also have international ambitions.

We can see this in the Moscow terrorist attack, which took place in the year 2024…
