Julius Robert Oppenheimer
Julius Robert Oppenheimer is the father of atomic weapons and the leader that developed the atomic bomb Little Boy that destroyed Hiroshima on 6 August 1945, which killed between 75,000 and 135,000 people. The second bomb, called Fat Man, was dropped on 9 August 1945 with an estimated killed in between 60,000 and 80,000 people in Nagasaki, with most people dying during the first atomic bombing of Hiroshima. These two cities were bombed because the United States Air Force deliberately avoided destroying Hiroshima and Nagasaki to experiment and what the effects of the atomic bomb would have on the cities because the United States and the scientists of the Manhattan project were not fully aware of what the outcome would be some believed it could even ignite the Earth’s atmosphere. After the two cities were destroyed in the Japanese mainland Oppenheimer the leader of the Manhattan Project, resigned, having become, in his words, the “destroyer of worlds”.

What are the Nuremberg Trials?
Nuremberg trials happened in response to the Nazi atrocities committed on the Jewish population and other minorities deemed as inferior due to racial biases and racism that was epidemic during the 1930s and 1940s. The persecution of the Jews dates back a millennium. Still, the German regime began in 1933 with Adolf Hitler becoming the Chancellor and later the Father of the Fatherland in Germany, which accelerated the persecution of the Jewish population in Germany. Altogether during the Holocaust, it is believed that between 4 million and 6 million Jews were killed, with a further 2 to 3 million added to this total being physically disabled, mentally disabled and other ethnic groups deemed as inferior by the Nazis, for example, the gipsies in occupied Nazi territory during World War two from 1930 and 1945.

Manhattan Project
The Manhattan Project is the codename given to the Americans who led develop the atomic weapon. Also, the British provided the Americans with information to develop the first nuclear weapons; this was due to the British needing American resources when World War II started in 1939 to 1945 and the fact the British did not have the resources nor the capabilities during the war to successfully launch this kind of project. In many ways, the British Empire was becoming a paper tiger due to the growing nationalism in India. The United States, the strongest superpower in human history, could not win the war in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2022, and the belief that the British Empire could continue is laughable. It would also be able to maintain its overseas empire in the 1930s in Canada, Australia and other dominions and practically be independent, excluding their foreign policy. Most of the work of the Manhattan project took place in Los Alamos in New Mexico and not in the city of New York, which the Manhattan project was named after a burrow in that city. The project itself was also started because of the possibilities and fears that the Nazi preoccupation with experimental technologies such as the jet engine could lead to the development of atomic weapons, which the Nazis were pursuing with the development and use of heavy water in the manufacturing process of nuclear weapons however the British successfully sabotaged these efforts during the war.

Kamikaze and The Way of the Warrior
Kamikaze was prevalent during the latter stages of World War II, which was part of a ritual suicide with the meaning coming from the Japanese word divine wind. This originated from the Japanese defence of their home islands from the Chinese and Moghul Emperor Kublai Khan, the grandson of Genghis Khan, the 13th-century conqueror. The word kamikaze was first used in 1281 and had a more cultural and significant meaning to the Japanese being a culture of warriors like the Vikings of northern Europe and the chivalric culture of the mediaeval knight. These subculture warrior groups were dominant in the late dark ages to the late mediaeval period, with the Vikings from the late eighth century until the Norman conquest in 1066 CE, then the Knightley culture from 11 century CE until the early 15th century. However, there is a crucial difference that the Japanese do not come from an Abrahamic religion, being the main religions of Christianity and its subgroup, as well as the faiths of Islam and Judaism, are heavily against ritual suicide in the teachings of the mainstream religion.

Douglas MacArthur & Geopolitics
General Douglas MacArthur has had many outstanding achievements in his life and long career. He was the commander in chief of the Pacific armies of the Allied forces during World War II from 1941 to 1945, and after the war, he was the commander of the American occupation of Japan from 1945 to 1952. Furthermore, he commanded the eighth Army during the Korean War in the initial nine months of the war, which lasted from 1950 to 1953. This was during the beginning of the Cold War, which started heating up after the Birling airlift of 1948 to 1949, with the first proxy war fought in Korea.
