I do agree that it's important have a society that supports the needs of people's with hidden disabilities or handicaps

For me I have dyslexia and use a speak direct device I would need legal protections so I'm not discriminated against

But with that stated I do have people thinking I am their as a diversity hire and that there is the belief that people's like me

May not be able to do the job

I have seen people who are disabled not being able to function performing certain mental and physical tasks

And working in an environment where they're not suited to but the truth is peoples with severe disabilities do need a purpose

Like everybody else

Each should be according into their abilitys and their is the danger of people's getting positions which they are not capable of

People are getting law degrees from universities but don't have the IQ to pass the actual bar exam to become a lawyer
