I do believe that China experienced an Renaissance during its war in States

Where the Chinese warring states of Qin, Wei, Wu, Chu,Zhou, Han, Yan, Yue states

During that period from 475 BC to 221 BC that was an explosion in philosophy, legalism, statecraft and other ways of thinking

In the end of that period China was United and it was confucianism, administratism and legalism which won out in the end

For the states of Europe they went through their own war in States period after 1500 to see which state would unite the European continent

There was new technologies wars and philosophies to try and give each state an advantage

From 1519 to the 1660 the Hapsburgs rules Spain, the Netherlands, modern day Germany, Austria, Southern Italy and the host of overlands

And from the date mentioned above that state was a constant War with France, Sweden, the English and the ottoman Turks

After the 1660s it was the French that tried to unite the European continent and they had to fight Wars against the Dutch, Prussia, Hapsburgs and the English

In regards to the English from 1688 to 1815 Britain and France were engaged in the second 100 years war

And within that time period Britain and France went to war seven times

All Nations and civilizations have their Wars and golden ages for the Chinese their political culture and Renaissance

Happened a very long time ago and it's very easy to forget Chinese civilization depending who you ask is between three thousand and five thousand years old
