I have read different figures giving different numbers for the losses of troops in Ukraine in regards to the Russians and ukrainians

We won't know what is happening until after the war

For instance its estimated by The Spectator that 50% of Russian oil refineries and other related infrastructure has been damaged by Ukraine

But even then they are not sure what is happening
