I know how you feel it's just jumping through hoops which really do not need to be their and a lot of jobs you don't

Really need an degree to do the work I gone for sale simple secretary positions where they talke about emotional burn out

Their are too ment people whom are highly qualified which is bringing down the value of an degree

And it's always bring wages lower because their is too much of a supply of talent

Also companies have no incentive to pay people well

I worked in financial services doing customer service stopbroking the pay should be over £30,000 but they where paying people £18,500

Also what's bad is having to go through three interviews which are not really necessary because all the information is in my CV

And portfolio and one interview should be fine
