I normal when working with zoom open a separate word document, do some writing, read academic journal

Or some other activity if the meeting is just BS and some of that stuff is nonsense

I think about a few months people should know what they are doing

Do you ever find that with a lot of peoples conversations you know exactly what they're going to say

I need very much now the person's body language communication style I'm pretty much everything what they're going to do

I get that a lot when talking to people I feel like they are an open books and it's easy to understand their motivations, fears, aspirations and everything else

I know how you feel I can write a 15-minute article and it gets very few views

But if I write an article between 300 and 600 words it's does a lot better and sometimes I get a lot of

People's reading an article then is very quiet for the next one

I do wonder what work with the medium algorithms

Sometimes people just read the title and not the full article and sometimes people just interpret what they want to interpret

I been called an Russian supporter but very those kinds of comment's I know the person making them

Have never really read my withing
