I think one of the biggest problem is society is over education and lack of the available opportunities

In the United Kingdom there are 36 million people with university degrees and there isn't enough jobs for those people

When people get desperate they start to blame other people's for the problems also people will do all they can

To get a heading life it's why people put down they are of the lgbtq, working class or other minorities

Just with the hope their CV and cover letter will be read

Then people start to think they are being dissimigated against which could be true or it could be false it's hard to prove
