I think that being a woman historically was strongly linked to motherhood and that woman where

Heavily optimised for those duties and responsibilities

I am not saying that women can not be in positions of power or to have responsibilities

But I would say the issue for women is that they inherently lack status and that institutions and social norms

Are created to help and protect them

I also believe that woman know this as well and are understandably frustrated

I do hope I am giving a good account of myself it's very late in the UK and I am sleepy
