I would say this I am trying to keep my article between 300 to 1000 words and it's 2000 at the most

To keep is as short and concise as possible and that people may not have the time to read bulky content

I would not say Israel is an colonialist project you could say Jews lost the right to the land after the Romans kick them out

But if you start talking about native rights that's a very dangerous conversation especially in places like Europe

The USA is an nation founded by immigrants but places like China, Japan and Europe have a very different history

And a different race relations then the USA which was founded in three different dates depending on your preference 1776, 1783 or 1789.

The USA after 9/11 invaded Afghanistan which they may not have had to do because the US misunderstood the guess rights

The Al-Qaeda group has in Afghanistan and if they waited longer the USA could have avoided 20 years of War

The you got the invasion of Iraq in 2003 because the US public wanted more revenge and acted irrationally

If the USA an liberal democracy acted irrational after a terrorist attack then you can not really tell the state of Israel to do the same

For me I don't believe in universal human rights I believe like the Soviet Union and other that it's a fiction

Which was need to try and stop conflict between States and to punish Germany after world war two

What we call universal human rights it just the conventions societies particularly the english-speaking people's

I do believe Australia never signs universal human rights treaties because they from a brand of liberalism that doesn't believe in people's being the same and equal

For the sake of peace and the ending of the great war that kind of liberalism and universal human rights is useful

But in reality it's the USA that keeps that system going and has kept the self-interested peace going for over 80 years

In exchange for keeping the peace the USA write other nations foreign policies if that goes away

Which it may do with Japanese remilitarising we could be seeing the return to the bad old day if the big fish eating the little fish

Or in international relations terms a multi-polar world

It's the US military that enforces human rights and the Western European version of liberalism which they are many variations

American liberalism, French liberalism, British liberalism and many others are liberal Nations but have different traditions

Which have been export to the rest of the world to varying degrees of success

Is the state of Israel doing the wrong thing yes they are and yes I do believe that some of its leaders should be tried the war crimes

Yes I do believe that but it's not something that can be enforced by international human rights and international law

Because it's the power and force that enforces the law

I found your comment very thought provoking I hope I offered I good comments back but I am a bit sleepy
