I would think that immigrants or more accurately the children immigrants adopt the urban culture which they grew up

So they are no longer a cultural anomaly from outside the ruling culture

Being black, are any other ethnic group or color doesn't make you culturally diverse

The problem in America is that it sees race relations as black and white and in reality it's much more nuance
