If you got over 5 years of experience it's almost impossible to get another job with another company

I found that out myself with doing freelancing as an editor, copywriter and journalist it's hard to go from doing that to get experience and skills

Then move into a company

For a lot of job applications you got to jump through hoops which you don't really need to do with
