It takes a lot of effort to write letters and go through the editorial process with editors some publications you still have to write in

It can be a long process and you may only get a couple of articles written per year in publications

It's worth it in the long run it just takes a lot of time and writing is a highly competitive domain

I don't really write that kind of content which you can see from my recent writings but

That kind of content gets a lot of views at the end of the day we can only write what people want to read

And sadly most of it tends to be trash

Medium will need more quality control but then again that might mean the death of the platform
