It the case of the Labour party trying to bring European constitutional and electoral farms into the United Kingdom

The English parliament has been evolving since the 13th century and the Labour party instituted reforms

That where not needed and have strengthened the separatists in Scotland and Wales which will be an ulcer dragging down

England and governments political catapult and energies.

The UK government failed to give the same representation to the English peoples the reason for this is without England

There is no Union a no Prime minister of England would be dictated to by a prime minister of the United Kingdom

There would be a massive clash of interests

The UK Parliament and it's first 200 years of evolved through warfare particularly from 1272 to 1453 with the Conquest ware of King Edward the first of England

And the the 100 years war between France and England

Parliament as a governing body survived as long as it has because it's a useful institution if the institution becomes unusual it will be destroyed

We have seen for decades the Scottish nationalists and in turn the rest of the UK calling the UK government the Westminster government undermining its credibility

Just like how the Nazis called the Wimar Republic which was in fact the government of Germany were discredited

The fact that the media caused the British government the Westminster government is not a healthy sign for the UK's government body

I would say the world war two generation was about governance and the boomer generation born after the war

Was all about not taking responsibility so it makes sense that the post war generation would not want the responsibility of government

If UK keeps going the way it is with prime ministers no longer able to command Parliament

Then an electric Prime minister like the American president may have to happen

But keep in mind the president of America acts like a king rolling with presidential decrease due to the weakness

Created in the American presidential system due to the political legacy of the American War of independence which made the office of the president incredibly weak

That's why over the lass 200 years the American president it's becoming more kingly

For the United Kingdom it has two kings the first is King Charles the third of England and the second is Sunak

The Prime minister has the power of the King and it's through their ability to manage Parliament

If prime ministers can no longer govern or I managed the Parliament it would have to lead to the creation of a new centralized authority

Which further breaks down the English constitution which is of representative government

Unrolled by conventions, consent and negotiation

There is no coincidence that for over 20 years UK governments be they labour are conservative have moved from crisis to crisis

With no serious resolution and the Labour party reforms cannot be easily undone especially the devolved assemblies

Which are a national disaster
