Moscow Terrorist Attack with Links To ISIS

On 22 March 2024, a terrorist attack took place in the Russian Federation capital of Moscow, which killed, as of this moment, at least 115 people.

This happened at Crocus City Hall in Moscow.

The reasons behind this attack are many, and there is currently rife speculation on the causes of this attack, such as the Russian Federation floating the idea of Ukraine being responsible.

The reason for the speculation is due to Ukraine drone attacks as the Ukrainians target critical infrastructure, particularly the Russian pipelines, and Ukrainians may start targeting the Russian civilian population in retaliation for Russian war crimes against the people of Ukraine.

Also, the state of Ukraine and the state of the Russian Federation has been in a state of war officially since February 2022.

The conflict has been going on for a decade, starting in 2014 when Russia seized parts of eastern Ukraine and the Crimea peninsula.

ISIS Claims Responsibility

Still, the Islamic terrorist organisation known as ISIS is also claiming responsibility.

The terrorist group officially claimed responsibility for the Moscow terrorist attack, which killed 115 people on 22 March 2024.
