Europe from 476 ad to 1945 each state or Kingdom was in a battle for survival to see which state would unite the continent especially after the year

1500 AD and Spain has control of Southern Italy, modern day Germany, royal Hungary, the Netherlands and from 1519 AD to 1660s AD

Was at constant War with France, ottoman Turks, English, Swedish and the Dutch Republic

It was a fight that spread to the rest of the world in the 18th, 19th and 20th century

The USA stoped the great wars after world war two and created globalisation and global prosperity which we have today

Which has also lead to great human in advancements in technology

Europe historically was there worlds most war torn continent

Now we had had over 80 years of peace and it's a peace Europe has not had since the PAX Romana from 27 BC to 180 AD

So I would say the USA is not evil
