Proven Sex Positions that Improve Her Climax
Suppose you’ve been in a committed relationship for some time or have had sex in the same sex position repeatedly. In that case, the first obvious response to the lack of climax is to change positions and try to add a bit of variety to your sexual activity.
Engaging in foreplay, dressing up, or cosplay to add more variety or scenarios is also a way to improve the passion between both partners. It’s also important to be open-minded and willing to try new things.
Try not to get into the mindset of going to the same restaurant and ordering the same damn meal every single day.
It gets dull very quickly. You may be thinking, what happens if I try something which I don’t like? The answer is to order another meal.
The same philosophy applies to sex positions. If you or your partner don’t like the position, try something else and keep trying.
As I write this, I hope your girlfriend or boyfriend or long-term partner is in a committed relationship and that both parties trust and love one another, which hopefully means you are both willing to talk about sex and sex positions will improve her climax.
The data available from YouGov and the orgasmic difference between men and women are as follows.
Overall, three in ten British women (30%) say they orgasm every time they have sex, including 11% who get off multiple times a session.
While another one in four women (27%) say they orgasm on most occasions, this leaves a third who say the fireworks only happen sometimes (15%), rarely (10%) or not at all (7%).
By contrast, three in five British men overall (61%) say they reach climax every time they have sex, with another 23% saying they do so on most occasions. Just 10% say they do so sometimes, rarely or never.
Sex Positions
A study from 1978 looked primarily at Caucasian women and women in heterosexual relationships.
As part of the study, these women had to be in a relationship for at least two years and engage in regular sexual activity with their partners.
The recruited people were primarily students from University who were also married.
During the study, the researchers asked the women what positions they used with their partners and what sex positions they preferred on average to achieve climax.
What they discovered during the study is that the positions used most often by these women tended to be positions where they would regularly reach their climax.
The most regular position that proved to lead to the most female orgasms was face-to-face with the man on top of face-to-face with the woman on top.
They also found that face-to-face with a female on the side was quite effective. Kneeling face-to-face was also effective, and kneeling together was another effective position.
The reason for the face-to-face position where there was direct face-to-face contact would have been effective was because both men and women would be breathing in each other’s air and being in sync sexually, thereby having great sexual rhythm.
Also, it can be stated that love comes through the eyes and that being face-to-face with somebody creates deeper emotional intimacy, which also builds sexual intimacy.
Intimacy leads to more climaxes in deeper emotional bonds between both peoples.
