Russian Propaganda Has Killed 1 Million US Citizens
The Russian Federation has been ramping up its propaganda attacks and bot farms to negatively impact American elections and American political thinking since 2014 to attempt to destabilise the United States of America internally.
The United States is a representative democracy which elects representatives to Congress, which helps to pass laws not just at the federal level but also at the state level.
America is also a liberal democracy, and within the American political culture, due to the War of Independence from 1775 to 1783 within the American political culture domestically, American citizens were prone to paranoia and heavy criticism of the federal government.
The United States of America was forged in the rebellion, meaning its citizens are always highly critical of the government, suspicious of powers of authority, and prone to conspiracy theories.
A great example of this is a common belief that former American president John F. Kennedy, who was assassinated in 1963, was killed by the American deep state, which is a myth that is still commonly believed by popular figures such as Podcaster Joe Rogan.
