Technically the UK and USA were not democracies but various versions of republics until the 1920s

With the expansion of the voting franchises

Their are money different versions of governments the United States was set up as a republic not democracy

The UK was a Republic with the an hereditary head of state

It would give the single for other nations to start implementing their own foreign policy which some haven't done for nearly 80 years

What your view of democracy and republicanism because they are not necessary the same thing

And the USA where heavily influenced by the British constitution and the Roman constitution

Is tends to be debated on how Roman American is or how British the the American Constitution is

The historian David Starkey stated that the American Constitution is the British constitution with Roman paint

I do wonder which it is it's worth an article on the topic just when I am. thinking about it just know
