I do believe that things will change but only when the crisis reacher's critical mass and society and government

Realizes something needs to be done but also they would be horrific consequences in places like China

Reaching to the extremes out of desperation, but it's already too late and it won't work.

Companies don't give a damn about their staff it's why job security has gone down the toilet.
