That some very good stuff may need to do similar articles in the future into two parts for easier reading

You would not want an article going past 2,000 words just depends on the nature of the audience and readership

You are trying to build

For China it's the hegemon of the far East historically and china spent thousands of years trying to make China Chinese

China's not just the people it's a civilization with China incorporating Tibet and Ching chang (I believe I got that name wrong) into China

Giving China the high ground in the event of a new War with India and the control of China's water tower

And with in a few more generations in those provinces Han Chinese will be the dominant ethnic group

The lack of political rivals and China being the size what it was would naturally mean a lack of interest in overseas expansion

China's 100 years of humiliation from 1839 to 1949 was part of China's natural political cycle and the lifespan of its empires

Being divided than being reunited by the northern Chinese Western interference just speed it up the process

Also the Chinese Communist party is very much aware if they fail they would be replaced the same why as all other Chinese dynasties or ruling elite

As for Europe Germany and France became very close to unite in the continent it was the British and the Russians being on the periphery

That prevented any hegemony emerging in Europe

It terms of power it's the British, French and Germans who are the big three of Europe and it's there massive welfare States

That's dragging them down if it's was not the USA subsidising Europe it's very unlikely the NHS would have been created

Back to China they is a good chance that we could see the collapse of China as we know it within our lifetime

Due to its many internal issues and the cult of personality which is developing in China in the form of president Xi

I add their are two global civilizations the Han hand the English speaking people's but with English being and divided civilisation

Unlike China would never be united

The Chinese imperial system most likely would have continued if not for Qing China heading towards terminal decline

Politics very much about trade-offs and interests competing with one another

You would find the book collapse by jerard diamond a very interesting read
