The Re-Election of Donald Trump and Its Impact on Global Peace

2024 will be known to history as the year of change and renewal for better or worse over the next 4 years, with Trump’s victory in the 2024 presidential race for the White House, the most powerful political office to be held on this Earth.

Donald Trump’s return to the White House could spell international political instability and War if the USA retreats inward and leaves actors such as China, Russia, Iran, India, and others who wish to end the hard-won peace that the West has had since the end of World War II.

We could be entering a world where powerful political states may use force to achieve their geopolitical interests worldwide and to secure their economic interests, using their military power and Assassins to achieve their goals.

It would be a world that, in some ways, mirrored the International political environment of the late 15th to mid-20th centuries, when the European states were fighting their equivalent of a Warring States Period.

The States of Europe were fighting to unite into one state, which is why China was United by the Qin Dynasty in 221 BC.

Over the next 451 years of War, from 1494 AD to 1945 AD, no state in Europe could unite the continent by conquest. The closest to achieving this was the Habsburg dynasty, who…
