For today’s article, I will be discussing recent activity taking place during the Ukraine war from April 1; at least three people have been killed due to Russian shelling, according to the Ukrainian governor, Oleh Syniehubov.

Over the border into the Russian territory of Belgorod, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said a woman was killed when a border village came under attack.

Russian missiles also hit Ukrainian infrastructure, which, according to recent reports, currently killed at least two Ukrainians.

Furthermore, hundreds of thousands of people in the Ukrainian territory of Odesa were left an hour without power after Russian drones were shot down.

The Russian military is targeting critical Ukraine infrastructure at different months in different seasons regarding priority.

During winter, Russian military drones, aircraft and missiles prioritise energy infrastructure.

The reason for this is that during the winter season, the Russian military wants the Ukrainian population to freeze to death.

During the summer months, the Russians target Ukraine’s agriculture to starve them to death.

Ukraine War Map

The Ukraine conflict is dragging on to its second year and is becoming increasingly a bloodbath for the Russian military.
