Ukraine’s Military Pushes into Kursk Province but Yet No Nukes
The Ukrainian military scored a victory by penetrating 1000 square kilometres inside the Russian Federation and successfully capturing 0.03 per cent of Russian territory.
However, the Russians still control around 20% of Ukrainian territory.
With the recent Ukrainian successes, it also looks like the Ukrainian war machine could be planning to take the Russian city of Belgorod, which is one of the vital supply locations for the Russians to maintain its war effort within the interior of Ukraine and to keep its armies supplied.
With Ukraine’s successes and with Ukraine’s penetrating Russia and the Ukrainians successfully able to target 75% of the Russian population and destroy 24 ships in the Russian Black Sea fleet, it is to be asked why the Russians haven’t started launching nukes and what this means in the Ukraine conflict.
Let’s start with the good news for the Ukrainians and its Western allies: they no longer have to be as conservative and are reluctant to attack Russia properly.
Ukrainians can now actually take and seize territory from them.
For the West, it means they no longer have to be as reluctant when it comes to supporting attacks in Russia’s interior.
