Why Taliban Diplomatic Isolation is Ending

For better or for worse, the Taliban has been in control of Afghanistan for over three years since the American withdrawal in 2021 during the Biden administration.

This marked the end of America’s 20-year-long war in Afghanistan and the failure to turn that nation into a modern nation-state which has liberal values.

Since America left, the rights to education and the rights of freedom for women have been massively curtailed, and there has been a return to traditional Islamic values with the banning of Western education, clothes and television.

In this feudalistic and mediaeval society, nations worldwide are embracing reality.

They are now working with the Taliban, with the United States now sharing intelligence with the rulership of Afghanistan to combat the mutual enemies in the region.

Particularly Isis K, who is attacking the ruling Taliban in Afghanistan.

The current leader and Prime Minister of Afghanistan, Mohammad Hassan Akhund, though his regime is still broadly not recognised, places such as China, Germany, and the Russian Federation are starting to recognise the ruling regime in Afghanistan.
