The smartphone was first created in 1992 and has gone worldwide due to the invention of the iPhone, which was first launched by Apple in 2007 under the leadership of the visionary Steve Jobs.

Now, 85% of people worldwide possess a smartphone, a total of 6.94 billion.

This innovation has led to the smartphone’s greatest triumph, becoming its greatest tragedy for humanity.

We have the sole sum and potential access to human knowledge in the smartphone.

Unfortunately, most adults are addicted to their smartphones.

In some way, they have become adult pacifiers.

Adult Pacifier

As humans, we can never be bored without access to a smartphone.

This means that we are slowly losing our ability to manage boredom without the smartphone, particularly with the innovations of the iPhone after 2007.

With the improvements, we never have to be bored again.

Again, the issue with this is that some of the best experiences in our lives require the ability to handle boredom and discomfort.

When going on a date, you will both feel discomfort and need to use social skills to communicate.
