Why The USA and UK Has Bad Food Culture

The United Kingdom and the United States of America are some of the fattest nations on Earth, with over 60% of their respective populations being overweight and 30% of the United States population being obese.

This is due to the breakdown of the family units within the United States and the United Kingdom, which historically have very weak family structures and not the interconnected families in places such as Mediterranean Europe.

Furthermore, the United States and the United Kingdom don’t have a food culture.

There are cultures where dining takes place with friends and family over several hours.

Instead, in both nations, they only have a 30-minute lunch break where individuals only grab fast-food or a sandwich, which doesn’t fill them up with enough calories.

This means that throughout the day, the man or the woman is constantly grazing like a cow, which is becoming a significant factor in the weight gain experienced within the USA and the UK because the culture is not a culture that has an orientated and social aspect of eating food.

If you ever witness South Koreans, Chinese or Japanese eating as well as Mediterranean people when they eat, the dining experience is a communal experience which can last for hours.
