With the internet people now have their own silos where they only read information which they agree with and which supports

The views and opinions about the world and society

Also with the deaths of the world War 1 and world War 2 generations there's no longer the generational memory

That's a part international institutions and transnational institutions like the European Union and United Nations

Because the generation that's supported those are dead or dying

Germany heavily supported the development of the European Union from the 1950s onwards because they were guilty over two world wars

Now those generations are dead and present Germans don't feel responsible for the sins of their forefathers
